By engaging our freight transport, delivery, warehousing, or courier services, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before entering into a service agreement or submitting any service request.

1. Scope of Services

LA‑Taps Logistics LLC provides freight transport, delivery, warehousing, and courier services to clients within the United States. Our operations are based in Fort Worth, Texas, and all services are delivered in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations. We reserve the right to expand or modify our service offerings at any time.

2. Quotes, Payments, and Billing

All pricing or service quotes provided are valid for a limited period and subject to change prior to acceptance. Payments are currently handled offline via invoice, check, or other approved payment methods. Clients agree to remit payment according to the terms stated on the invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or collection actions. All prices exclude applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery and Service Commitments

We strive to complete all deliveries and logistics services within agreed timeframes. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or carrier delays. LA‑Taps Logistics LLC is not liable for delays outside its reasonable control. We will make every effort to communicate changes or disruptions promptly.

4. Use of Third‑Party Carriers and Subcontractors

To fulfill certain logistics or transportation requirements, LA‑Taps Logistics LLC may collaborate with or subcontract to third‑party carriers or service providers. All subcontractors are expected to adhere to our standards of service, safety, and confidentiality. We remain responsible for managing service quality and ensuring that any subcontracted work aligns with our commitments to clients.

5. Liability and Limitations

While we take all reasonable measures to safeguard goods and maintain service accuracy, LA‑Taps Logistics LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all shipment and delivery information provided is accurate and complete.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All personal, business, and payment information shared with LA‑Taps Logistics LLC is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We maintain strict confidentiality and do not disclose personal information to unauthorized parties. Clients agree not to share confidential business information obtained during service engagement without prior written consent.

7. Cancellations and Modifications

Service cancellations or modifications must be requested in writing. Fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation or changes made after scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an agreement if a client fails to comply with these Terms or engages in abusive, unlawful, or unethical conduct.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The latest version will always be available on our website and will take effect upon posting.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
